Intelligent ICESTA ice storing and delivering control system stores, delivers and loads ice all automatically:

• 3. Omron limit switches help automate ice loading and delivering
• 4. Smart displaying of failure records gives instructions as to how to troubleshoot and reset the current failure.

Rake Hoist assembly

ICESTA rake hoist system is composed by reducer with monitor, chain wheels, chains, bearings, steel rope wheels, supporting mechanism. The chains are driven by the chain wheels that are moved by the reducer with monitor, and the moving chains will in the turn move the steel rope wheels, with whose friction, the steel ropes are to move the ice rake mechanism up and down.

Pneumatic delivering system

• A pneumatic delivering system is normally used for long distance ice conveying and is normally composed by the following components:

• 2. Blower unit with monitor
• 3. Air chiller with condensing unit
• 4. Conveying valve
• 5. Electrical control panel
• 6. Diverter valves

Ice weighing system
