Features of mobile ready mixed concrete plant

HZSY series mini concrete mixing plant adopts advanced technologies and scientific researching results from home and abroad and combines our company’s years’ mixing station producing experience , which is a new type portable concrete mix plant designed by our company independently . It is now one of the best mixers in China , which boasts compact and reasonable designing . Most functions of the portable concrete mix plant are finished in the pulling chassis , combining aggregate , electronic weighing , mixing and lifting together . It can be stopped to run or be pulled away easily , which is convenient to move and easy to install.

Mixing System of mobile ready mixed concrete plant

For the mixer, the paddles use the new type of spiral collocation to guarantee short mixing time and even mixing. It could handle dry hardness, semi-dry hardness, and plastic concrete and can different requirements of different construction sites.

Aggregate supplying system of mobile ready mixed concrete plant

Aggregate supplying system is composed of four aggregate hoppers; each hopper has two opening devices. Users can separate it as 2 to 4 aggregate hoppers according to batching requirement. The opening device is designed especially so that the discharging is smooth and has no material jam.
