Our XCO-N Series Hydro extractor is specially for extracting of textiles, skeins of materials, knits, woven textils, pieces goods, hank yarns, etc. at high performance with min. consumption of energy and time.

Main Features:

1)High quality stainless steel inner drum and outer basket for long service time.
2)The inner basket is without rim with a sturdy inner lid , which is also useful for transporting loaded nets.
3)Super silence and super balance for excellent working environment.
4)This extractor uses the gliding support construction. The motor of rotating inner basket of the extractor is mounted on the center of the machine, so that, when the machine rotates at high speed, it does not cause neither noise nor shake.
5)Advanced inverter control for adjustable rotating speed and low energy consumption.
6)The extractor, since the moment when it starts working, raises its speed slowly and automatically from 10r.p.m. to high speed, due to its electric inverter, so that it keeps the consumption of energy at the minimum level.
7)The extractor uses electrical brake instead of mechanical brakes thus reduces its mechanical maintenance greatly
8)Safety devices: 4 mechanical lockers on the inner lid, 3 mechanical lockers on the cover lid, and also an unbalance protection switch ensure safe operation.
9)Optional: pneumatic lid opening device for more safe and convenient operation.
