Hydrocyclone

Its mainly used in mineral processing as a classifier and has proved extremely efficient at fine separation sizes. It is used incerasingly in closed-circuit operations but has found many other uses, such as de-sliming,de-gritting and thickening. It has also found wide acceptance recently for the washing of fine coal.

The inner liner of polymer hydraulic cyclone uses abrasion-resistant and ageing-resistant material polyurethane(PU). This kind of material can reduce the abrasion of equipment and makes this type of device much more durable in use.
