Application description of machine tool

YKT Series C-type High-speed Hydraulic Press is a kind of multifunctional machine which has high speed. It is suitable for the press fitting of shaft components and axle sleeve parts as well as the movements of coining and overprinting. At the same time, it mainly applies to the fields of machine tool, engineering machinery, electrical components, bearings, washing machine, automobile parts, motor components and powder metallurgy. The working speed of this equipment is 3 to 4 times faster than that of Y41. The machine, with a high degree of automatization, is particularly suitable for the mass production of parts. And it can be used as assembly line with several such equipments. Also, the pressure, stroke, and time of pressure maintaining can be regulated.

Structure description

1. This machine tool is mainly composed of bed, cylinder, hydraulic system, working platform and so on. The machine tool bed looks like the letter “C”, which is welded by steel plates. Through tempering, it eliminates stress to prevent the machine tool from deforming. The closed oil tank is installed at the bottom of the machine tool bed and the oil level is shown by the oil pointer. The motor, oil pump and hydraulic system are installed in the inner side of the body, which is simple but beautiful. This machine uses guiding device and rectangular working table with accurate guiding and fast speed.

2. The electrical cabinet is at the right side of the body and the electrical components all adopt well-known brands. And the operation employs centralized control with simultaneous button-operation of two hands. There are two operation modes (Adjustment and Auto), which is more practical and simpler. Also, there is protective screening at both sides of the body. With the security light curtain protector, the operators can be protected when they are working. This machine tool adopts PLC to control and TPC to modify and store the working parameters of workpieces. It can even work out the programs for 20 different workpieces and select the right program for each workpiece. The control voltage of machine tool is the low voltage of 24v, while the access general power can be set according to the needs of clients, such as 220v, 380v and 410v. The equipment is produced under the strict requirements of CE, so the quality is good and reliable.

Operation description

A-----Adjustment: plug in---turn on operation power---start oil pump---push the buttons “Work” with two hands---hydraulic cylinder down---push the button “Return”---hydraulic cylinder return.( This operation is used to regulate stroke, pressure and mould.)

B-----Auto: convert button switch into auto---push the buttons “Work” with two hands---hydraulic cylinder down rapidly---press in slowly---to lower limit( the time of pressure maintaining can be set)---hydraulic cylinder return rapidly---to upper limit and stop.( This operation is used when in mass production.)
