Hydraulic double roll crusher is a new crusher which R&D to suite for the market needs. This crusher absorbed the advantage of traditional roller crusher and used the working principal of roller press,the designing principal of mechanical-electrical-hydraulic integration. So that cursh ratio and stability had been raised,hydraulic system is steady,easy maintain,safe and reliable. It has been always the better equipment for concrete,mining and stone production due to its high efficiency and energy saving. The roll is made by large welding process of roller machine,and the hardness of the surface is more than HRC60. The percentage of the material size (<3mm) of the total is 65-95%. Size of the final material is adjustable through the hydraulic system according to the customer’s requirements.
