The products are of a great variety including 500—20000m³/h large scale dredging and sand mining equipments (which includes hydraulic cutter suction type, hydraulic bucket wheel type, mechanical cutter suction type and suction type),gold panning dredger, iron extracting dredger, iron extracting equipments, sand sieving machines, crusher, weathering sand producing lines(break, rinsing and separating). All the products are with different sizes for customers’ choices. We can also design and produce special types of machinery according to customers’ requirements.

We have professional R&D department, CAD drawing design center, quality control department and after-sales service department. 3. Images and spares for hydraulic sea dredge

This ship is a small type hydraulic controlled,assembling cutter suction dredger. It is used for river

channel dredging,canal and water storage dredging. The dredging devices are driven by hydraulic,

concentrate controlled. The main ship body is made up of three pontoons, which can be assembled

when using. The operator cabin is dismountable,which can lower the height of the ship when

maneuvering and allow the ship to pass bridges. When the ship is transferred long way or passing

not conjunctive water areas,the ship body can be dismounted and transported by trucks or trains. The

ship can be fixed with anchor casting pole,trolley.The cutter driving device use lub oil and floating seal.

Cummins engine

Testing equipped on the discharge pipeline on the dredger. The dredger has Cummins engine

and hydraulic system for easily operation.

Cutter head

For one cutter head, there are 5 blade, 6 teeth equipped on one blade. There is material Cr.

for easy-wearing proof.

Pipelines and floaters.

Usually, There are steel pipelines and PE pipelines, customers can buy them from

us or themselves. If customers have special requirement, the pipeline and the floater

can be customer made by suppliers. In packaging, pipelines and floaters are put into

40" high container for shipping.

Generally, customers need to buy more pipelines. Thats because pipelines can be

bend for time saving.

Our cutter suction dredgers are designed by senior engineer, who have specialized in shipbuilding

and dredging work for many years, to guarantee they are well-designed and practical.

Assembly & Staff Training

Our experienced installers will arrive at the construction site to guide, teach and training your

Skilled workers & ex-work testing

Every cutter suction dredger is built by skilled workers and inspected strictly to assure the high

quality and durability. Each finished dredger will be tested in our testing center to make sure it

works smoothly when delivering to customers.

Detachable Structure

The cutter suction dredgers are detachable, so it is easy to transport when delivering or moving

from one working site to another.

Shipping to the Tianjin Port.

Our dredger will be dismantle for different parts and then shipping to the port. The dismantle

structrue is convenient for transport in the working process if in different working sites.

We have two factories. Totally 30,000 square meters. One is located in Binhai Economy Development

Zone, the other is in Qingzhou Economy Development Zone. Specially, Qingzhou Factory is noted for hydraulic system and bucket chain sand dredger; Weifang Factory is mainly for cutter suction dredger

painting, assemble, testing and dismantle for shipping.

All necessory tools, tackles, plants and machineries required for the installation, testing and commissioning of silt dredging equipment shall be in the scope of the buyer.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to store of the material at appropriate locations at their

own cost if required. However, storage site shall be provided by the buyer.
