Automatic Nail Polish Remover Filling Machine Bottle supply unit:

Operator supply the bottle on the turntable, and the bottle is supplied into the conveyor automatically.

This unit supplies the ball inside of the bottle. And it is possible to select how many balls to supply in the bottle.

The main function of nail polish remover filling machine is liquid level control filling:

Normally, the glass bottle has big difference of dimension. So this machine can control the liquid level in the bottle,

it is liquid level control filling. At the filling position, the sensor is installed at the sideways of bottle as following picture,

and this sensor is to detect the liquid level inside of the glass bottle. If this sensor detect the liquid level,

the timer(setting data) starts, and filling will be stop after this timer is times up.

But this filling system is not useful in case of colored bottle and complicated figure glass bottle,

because the light of the sensor can't go through in this kind of bottle.

This unit supplies the blush on the bottle after ball supply and nail polish filling.

Operator supply the blush on the feeder, and the blush and cap is supplied in the bottle automatically.

This unit screw capping on the bottle after supply blush and capper, capping is controlled by servo motor.
