The cooling pipes are of “SNAKE” shape so that the gas can recycle at the pipes and will have a long way and enough time for full condensing.

Some gas that can not turn to liquid under the normal temperature we call it “waste gas”. Our special design is to set the waste gas pipe through the cooling pool to the waste gas recycling system, this is because there still have some oil gas in the waste gas, so that the oil gas will be further condensed to make more oil yield rate.

We use the flanges and elbow to connect the cooling pipes, so it is very convenient to clean and maintain the pipe, and it also helps to extend the life time of the whole equipment.

B. Safety:

1. We use auto welding machine to make the reactor, which can guarantee the quality of welding seam, avoid cracking and has a long life for about 5 years.

2. Professional heating treatment and x-ray detection chamber for welding seam.

3. With professional thermometer, professional pressure gauge and safety valve and the alarm.

The pressure should be under 0.04Mpa, and when the pressure is near to over the limited, the safety valve will open automatically, and the alarm will alarm.

4. It is dangerous to burn the exhaust gas (C1 to C4). In our process, it is transferred first through the safety device and a safety burning air muzzle. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.

5.After8 hours condensation, please look at the thermometer first, when the temperature is under 50 degree, you can make the carbon black out, and when finish the output, open the feeding-door and take the steel out.
