1.Application Area:

Widely used in light weight, fine powder materials granulating.The more fine powder is, the higher the spherical degree is,the better the granule quality is.Generally,granule particle size should be bigger than 300 mesh.

3.Technical Advantage:

• Do not need any adhesives in the process of granulating

• The equipment belongs to continuous granulating.After powder granulating,it is

easier to control the dust float in the air problem in the subsequent section .

• This equipment is via highspeed rotating member with stirring tooth producing

huge mechanical force and aerodynamic force,then become spherical particle,compared with natural reunion granulation equipment(line rotary disk granulator,rotor drum granulator),the ending granule intensity is higher,and the granule size distribution is more concentrated.

• Product appearance is beautiful:Granule shape is spherical,degree of sphericity

≥0.8,granule size is between 0.7-2mm,granulation rate≥98%.

• Easy to control:The size of the granule diameter could be adjusted via material

moisture content and spindle speed.Generally the lower the moisture content is anf the higher speed is , the smaller the particle is , and vice versa.

• Adaptability High.Could be used in A variety of viscous or non viscous powder
