HY-D2800mm*L6600mm*1400mm Work with Auto-feeder, able to contain 12 tons crushed tires or 10 tons whole tires. For plastic, can contain 12 tons. 1400mm is the diameter of feeding port. After 2 hours’ feeding, it’s time to heat the reactor by coal/wood/natural gas. Usually when the temperature is 155 Celsius degrees around, there will produce oil gas.

We can also make reactor by material 310S+Q345R,which obviously prolong service life 3-5 times. The reactor has two layers, the outer cover built-in cotton insulation, fire cement and steel.

Auto-feeder

1. 50 ton hydraulic pressure helps feeding more raw materials.
2. The diameter is 1.4m. It can feed all kinds of raw materials, including plastic, packages of plastic, truck tire, car tire, or tire pieces after cutting.
3. After finishing production it can feed raw material instead of waiting the reactor to be cooled.

Catalyst chamber

1. Improve the oil yield and oil quality.

2. Impurity of oil gas will be collected here.

3. Reduce the speed of oil gas so that it will be better cooled.

4.Clean the catalytic chamber once half or one month, that will be ok.

Oil-water separator

1. Water from raw material will be separated here.

2. Water sealing design prevents tempering. Ensure safety.

3. Heavy oil will be collected here.

4. No need to worry the backflow of gas to the reactor which leads to explode.

5.Independent laboratory

a)Can detect all kinds of data, such as the detection of oil flash point, kinematic viscosity etc.

b)Also demonstrate the way of decolor and smell removing on distilled oil.

6.Installation and Training

1. Our company will send one technician for each set of machine for guiding your installation, testing the machine and training your workers.

2. Each of engineers from our company has many years’ experience of installation and making tire oil.

3. Operating plant correctly decides tire oil yield rate directly and your workers’ safety.

4. The installation period shall be 30 days around per set.

1) One is pyrolysis line which can refine furnace oil for burning from waste tyre, plastic and rubber. The capacity can be 6ton, 7ton, 8ton, 10ton and 12 ton per batch.

2) The other one is distillation line which can refine diesel and gasoline from furnace oil or waste oil. The capacity can range from 3ton to 10ton.
