QBM High Pressure Suspension Mill
Brief Introduction
High pressure suspension mill is a new product by our company engineers on many years mill’s research and development experience, the practical situation of the customers, and the needs of mill industry, which make international mill industry enter into a high-efficiency, energy-saving era and become the alternatives of traditional Raymond mill.
Working Principle
After the material entering the grinding chamber, they are grinded between grinding rollers and grinding ring. Then the powder enters into split-phase motor by the fan blower. The eligible power becomes the final products by the cyclone powder collection devices and the unqualified powder is grinded again. Circulated air repeats the same process in the fan blower. The left air goes into the dust collector for cleaning. When the roller and ring are wearing, customer can adjust the length of high-pressure springs to keep the stable grinding pressure between roller and ring and make sure the capacity and mesh of products.
Features
1. Unique design. In the grinding chamber, we design a pressure device of 1500kg-2000kg on the plum-type shelf. The force of grinding device increases 800-1500kg.Under the same power, the capacityincrease10-30% and the fineness of products can be reached 1000mesh.

6. Improve the utilization of the wearing parts. When the roller and the grinding ring up to a certain pressure, we can ensure stable output and fineness by adjusting spring length to maintain grinding pressure between roller and grinding ring.
Product Structure
The whole system of high pressure suspension mill consists of main main engine, analyzer, air blower, dust remover. We can increase the supporting facility such as jaw composition, elevator, elector magnetism vibration feeding engine, electrically controlled system.
In the main engines of the high pressure suspension mill, the roller is hanging on the roll through the crossarm axis. Roll hanging bract and main axle and relieving too post permant connection, the pressure spring presses on the end surface in outside the roll bearing room bracket. When the electrical machinery impetus main axle rotating through the transmission device, the shovel installing on the relieving tool and roll revolves at the same time. Electric transmission device impetus analyzer revolving through transmission device, the higher speed of the impeller rotational, the thinner of the separating powder.

Brief Introduction
HGM series three-rings ultra-fine grinding mill is a new ultra-fine grinding machine which is produced based on many years mill production experience, absorbs Swedish advanced milling technology, takes the tendency of milling industry's development into consideration. HGM series three-ring ultra-fine mill is especially used in ultrafine powder processing.
Constitute Parts
The assembly includes hammer crusher, bucket hoist conveyor, hopper, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, principle machine, powder concentrator, cyclone powder collection device, pulsing dust collector, high-pressure fan blower, silencer.
Working Principle
The main motor of three-ring ultra-fine mill drives the principle axis and turntables to whirl through the speed reducer. The turntable drives tens of rollers to whirl in grinding chamber. Big size materials are crushed into the small, then transferred to the hopper by elevating conveyor. Electromagnetic vibrating feeder delivers the materials to the middle place of turntable. Under the centrifugal force, the materials go to the edge of turntable and fall into the grinding rings to be crushed and grinded. After the primary crush, the materials fall into second and third grinding rings in turn. High-pressure and centrifugal air blower breathes the ouitside air into it, then the airflow brings the coarse powder into powder concentrator. The vortex created by the worm wheel in the powder concentrator carries the coarse powder for grinding repeatedly. The fine powder as product goes into the cyclone powder collection device and discharged by the discharging value. The airflow with less powder is purified by the pulse dust collector, then isdischargedby the fan blower and silencer.
