I. Description of Candle machine

The Pillar Candle Pressing Machine is suitable to produce all kinds of Pillar Candles. Pillar candles of various specifications can be made by changing the moulds and adjusting the length of two toggle arms. The material filling, pressing and shaping are automatic.

With the function of reverse pressing and electric heating to both side of the punch head and plate, the machine can produce candles with clear, bright and glossy surface.

II.Notes in operation ofCandle machine

1. Make sure that there is oil in the gear box.

2. Make sure that there is heat transfer oil in the wax melting pot.

3. Make sure that the lubricating oil is periodically added in the machine.

4. When there is a problem about candle cutting, must cut off the power, then fix the problem.

5. Max. Speed is 1200RPM.

6. Keep your hands away from the cutting knife.

7. Make sure that the ground wire is reliable before stating the machine.

8. Operation is forbidden without training.

9. Do not change the wire connection.

10. Make sure that the room temperature is 25-27 Celsius degree.

• Water tank, candle molding tube enable the fluid wax to solidify by means of circulating water in the tube.

• Candle holding dish make user that the wick is in the center of the tube and the candle to be properlyplaced .

• Lead heads and pushoff tubes are used for the forming of the candle tip and the push of thecandle from the candle molding tube.

• The spool box is used for mounting the wick spool.
