Hot rolling mill is mainly used to uniformly mix the raw material and additional agents for testing and apply the experiment results and its ratio in the production line to satisfy the requirement of quality and color specified by the tomer.

The rollers of the machine are made of America solid material.Processed by high-temperature quenching and hole-digging technology,the machine features durability,fast thermal transmission,high hardness,high-temperature resistance,anti-corrosion and strength against deformation.

The machine features as follows:

• Built-in heater,together with LCD temperature controller and high-precision sensor,can automatically compensate the temperature to guarantee the temperature equalization.

• Telfon stop block.

• Taiwang gear motor,together with high-precision gearing chain,guarantees stable operation,low noise and good durability.

• Emergent reverse guarantees the safety.

• Alternative configuration:oil heating and cooling system,AC frequency control system,independent limitless speed change,automatic roller-gap adjustment ande man-machine interface.

After the tows are treated by cooling,stretching and becoming net,they will be treated by not rolling mill and become cloth.It is double\roller mill,with embossing roller up and smooth roller below. And it has two cooling rollers.The hot rolling mill has following features:

2,the surface temperture is even and can be controlled precisely.The temperature defference of roller is tiny.

3,the surface of embossing roller can be carves with different patterns.

4,the contact pressure between embossing roller and smooth roller can be adjusted,and the pressure is even

6,the cooling roller makes the fabrics cooled down quickly.

7,the machine is equipped with safety device,with emergency stop switch.

Commissioning:

At the requirement of user, salers should send technician to install and commissioning the die at site of Buyers, expenses of the trip should be borne by Buyers.

After-sales service

12 months with proper operation by user, all the spare parts shall be replaced free of charge under guarantee period, fee for transportation and packing will be borne by users
