1.Describe and Scope of application for the coating line:
V=3~25m/min. GAP=38.1mm, 44.45mm etc.,
It is used on automatic coating for small plastic pieces and small metal products, such as cosmetic packing, wine bottle caps, glass etc.

2.General flow of the coating line:
Loading → Electrostatic de-dust → Flame (optional) → Electrostatic de-dust (optional) → Spraying → IR → Spraying (optional) → IR (optional) → Cooling (optional) → UV curing → Unloading

3. Characteristics of the coating line:

2.All the operations are automatic, which is adapted to consecutive production and with large yield.
3.The bearing between the chain and the track, and the exact track make the line running smoothly without shaking.
4.The leading rotation system makes better effect during electrostatic de-dust, flame disposal, spraying and UV curing.
5.The airflow of spraying room is smooth and clean. The water curtain keeps the paint mist rebound away from product. And the water circulation system ensures the spraying stably and long.
6.The low-temperature of UV curing room can keep the shape of products well.
