Composition and function

Compression cylinder body
In the structure of being wound by prestressed steel wire; Designed, manufactured and checked in accordance with the national standard of ultrahigh pressure vessel.

Bearing frame
In the structure of being twisted by prestressed wire or splice plates structure; Designed, manufactured and checked in accordance with the national standard of ultrahigh pressure vessel.

Heating, heat insulation and temperature measurement equipment
Rational heating element layout, ensuring uniform distribution of temperature; Reliable heat insulation structure and good heat preservation and insulation performance; Precise, steady, reliable and durable temperature measurement.

Pressurizing and recovery system
With pneumatic valve, realizing the full-automatic pressure control;
With large volume gas compressor, it greatly shortens the pressurization time;
With the gas available of being recycled, it reduces the cost.

Control system
Realize full-automatic temperature and pressure control by using computer;
Realize safety interlocking for pressure, temperature, water temperature and hydraulic drive;
With sound and light alarm function for failures including excess pressure, over temperature, over water temperature and improper hydraulic drive, etc. ;
Automatically record, store and output temperature, pressure and all parameters.

Closed circulating cooling
Realize the cooling for various parts through closed circulation;
Flow monitoring is available for various cooling parts and with alarm function for cutoff and lack of flow.

Vacuum system
Pump air out and dehumidify before sintering;
Ensure the purity in furnace.

Hydraulic system
Drive freely and conveniently both the upper and lower end covers to open and close and the frame to walk.
