Rotary drier Instruction:

Rotary drier is widely used for drying materials in the industries of cemet, mine, contruction, chemical, food, compoud fertilizer, etc. Feeding and discharging unit is installed with thermocouple to control drier temperature. The temperature change of drier's feeding end can be indicated by the thermometer to control the inner drier temperature ( generally 250-350°C) it is also called drum dryer. China is one of the major countries to manufacture such dryer machines, and therefore, China dryer is the best-selling product in the world. Usage of rotary dryer :

Rotary dryer is used for drying materials with humidity or granularity in the industries of mineral dressing, building material,food, compoud fertilizer,metallurgy and chemical. Rotary dryers can be used for drying many kinds of materials and with convenient and reliable operation; therefore, it has been widely used.

Working principle of rotary dryer :

Materials are sent to hopper of rotary dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator. The barrel is installed with slope to horizontal line. Materials enter the barrel from the higher side, and hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, materials and hot air mix together. Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel rotates. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down to make materials and hot air mix completely. So drying efficiency is improved.
