Feeding system

Security

Lamber Numen always consider the security in the first place. The secondary feeding system install inverse spray fire prevention device.During combustion process, if any uncertain factors inside the furnace fire reversely, when the temperature of secondary feeding system is higher than 95 °C, the boiler automatically spray water to quench the fire and cool the feeding material to prevent hidden danger.And the water spray is automatically closed when the temperature of feed rod is lower than 90 °C . And when the boiler is running normally, this function would not start.

Structure

Flue temperature

We install the chimney smoke thermometer, allows you to record clearly the heating value of each material. Also can prove that the temperature of exhaust is below 120 °C (when the temperature of boiler water is 85 °C).

Combustion

The material can be fully burnt inside the furnace by using high temperature ceramic composite burner and cooperate with multipoint wind. The highest temperature can reach 1300 °C, make dust, flue gas gasification quickly in high temperature, achieve the goal of fully clean combustion. At present no burner can rival inland.

Ash removal

To high-end customers, we set up automatic slag discharge device,reduce the work intensity of fire workers effectively.

Feed bin

Enclosed bin make the boiler running and burning stably by controlling no extra air into the furnace while working.Due to the use of automatic screw feeder, enclosed silo eliminate the foreign material into the bin, make the feed system safer and reduce the failure rate.
