Our company deying machine adopts the low noise, high temperature resistant axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system, the whole cycle system can be whole sealed,which makes the thermal efficiency of the oven from traditional deying room 3-7% raise to the current 35 to 40%, the highest thermal efficiency may reach 70%.

Heating heat source steam, electricity and far infrared steam amphibious for customers to choose

temperature: steam heating 50 ~ 140 °C, and the highest is 150 °C

Electricity, far infrared temperature 50 ~ 350 °C

Spare automatic control system and computer control system for customers to choose

Commonly steam pressure 0.02 ~ 0.8 mpa (0.02 ~ 8 KG/cm2)

Equipped with electrical heating calculated according to type I is 15 KW, practical 5 ~ 8 KW/h
