1.1Pile Driving Function: YZ230 Hydraulic Highway Guardrail Pile Driver and Extractor is intended for installing and maintaining the road safety barriers, especially be applicable for driving the road side crash barriers in newly constructing highways. It is also used for the photovoltaic installation, solar cells and solar panels installation.

1.2Pile Extracting Function: With the same hydraulic system for extracting poorly driven or incorrectly positioned posts or road maintenance work, it is a professional machine for extracting the posts out of any conditions of ground.

2.1YZ230 Hydraulic Highway Guardrail Pile Driver and Extractor is composed of chassis, upper column, press arm, hydraulic system, hydraulic hammer, diesel engine, electric system, cooling system, control system and pile extracting equipment. It has the characters of quick and exact positioning, compact size, lightweight, self-propelled, quick moving, humanized design, easy operation, high efficiency and low price.

2.2The upper column is articulated with the main column. When you use a tow truck or trailer to tow the machine to the working site by the towing device with high speed, first you need to lay down the upper column by articulate and disassemble the traveling roller chain. The up and down, longitudinal and transverse shift, horizontal slide of the column are realized through hydraulic system.

2.3The hydraulic hammer is installed at the front end of the press arm. The press arm carries the hammer downward and upward along the track of the column for pile driving working by hydraulic system. You can not use the upward force of the hammer to extract the posts out of the ground directly or it may damage your machine, we suggest you to choose our professional Pile Extractor for extracting the posts out of any kind of ground.

2.5The control system is equipped with multiple directional control valve and centralized hydraulic control rods which makes the operation simple and convenient.

2.6It can install piles up to 3m (9.84’) in length, but on request the machine can be supplied with extension columns which can install piles up to 3.5m (11.48’) or even 4m (13.12’) long.

2.7The pile drilling equipment adopts hydraulic system and wind-driven principle, matched with air compressor, the drilling equipment is formed of hydraulic motor, connecting device, connecting rod, pneumatic percussion hammer and drill bit. The motor is hydraulic operated, the driller is operated by compressed air.

2.8The pile driving equipment, pile extracting equipment and pile drilling equipment share one chassis, is the most economical investment for getting the three functions. You can install any equipment onto the chassis according to your working need.
