MoSi2 heating element is a kind of resistance heating element basically made of high pure Molybdenum Disilicide .In oxidizing atmosphere,on the surface of MoSi2 element owing to the high temperature combustion a layer of compact quartz protective film is formed to prevent MoSi2 from continuously oxidizing .In oxidizing atmosphere .
MoSi2 heating element includes series 1700 grade, 1800 grade. Packaging is available in U shape, W shape, Straight shape (X shape) and bend shape (L shape) and the special shape etc. The dimension ranges from 3/6, 4/9, 5/10, 6/10, 6/12, 6/14, 7/14, 8/16, 9/18 to 12/24mm.
Now our company supply two types MoSi2 heating element, one is M1700 type, which ensure max. furnace temperature 1650C; another is M1800 type, which ensure max. furnace temperature 1700C. When you place order, please choose suitable type according to your furnace working temperature.
