Brief Introduction

The High speed oral solution, syrup filling production line is consisted of the DTXP-III Vertical Ultrasonic Bottle Washing Machine, DTHX Tunnel Type Sterilization Drier, DTGXH-II High Speed Liquid Filling &Capping Machine. It can automatically finish bottle washing, drying, sterilizing, filling, capping procedure. The line is researched and developed for oral liquid manufacturer’s mass production.

Characteristic

1.It with reasonable structure, direct viewing operation, filling accurately, easy maintenance.

2.Outer material is 304 stainless steel and the material of filling part is 316L stainless steel, different filling types: stainless steel pump, peristaltic pump, ceramic pump. It complies with GMP regulation and can be suitable for several bottle specs.

3.No bottle no filling, no bottle no capping.
