WORKING PRINCIPLE :

this series vertical stirrers are able to perform even mixture for large volume of material in short mixing time by utilizing the paddles rotation to gather the material from the bottom of dump center to the top, shed the material flow back to the bottom and complete the mixing function in a short period of time.

It is applicable to mixing all types of plastic material and color pigment,and the best mixing effect may be obtained when it is applied in mixing new/old material and color pigment.

All componenents of the equipment,which contact the materials,are fabricated with stainless steel, so as to avoid contamination of material due to rust.

Spiral circulation mixing ensure more unifrom and quick raw materials blending.

The barrel bottom is specially fitted with a material removal throttle valve that ensures easy and through material removal,without any residual blending.

It is equipped with electric-control safety protection device that ensure the safety in the process of material removal and operation.

Vertical blending machine equipped with hot air drying system may be customized.
