For drying and briquettingprocess of biomass materials, crushing plant is available. We mainly manufacture two types of crushing plants for various agroforestry wastes, which are wood crusher and hammer mill. You should choose the more workable one according to your raw materials.

1.Requirment of the raw material :

2.raw material could be :

Any types of Agro-forestry waste Such as maize stalks, soybean stalks, broomcorn stalks, cotton stalks, rape stalks, peanut plants, sunflower stalks, bamboo saw dust, bagasse, wood chips, rice husk, coffee husk,coir pith, jute sticks, groundnut shells, Bamboo , wood , strawdust, Mustard stalk and cotton stalks .etc

3. finished product

The finished product will be sawdust or stalk powder ( diameter :3-5mm) which it suitable for making wood pellet and sawdust briquettes

1.hammer mill

Raw material :

of all kinds of wood piece, straw, grass, stalk, tree branches, waste cardboard, bamboo, wood scraps, corn stalk, peanut shell, wheat stalk, wood fuel, cotton stalk, biomass shell .And it is Special milling equipment for materials of < 50 mm(diameter),< 300 mm (length)

Advantage :

1. Contains some rotors which are mounted by many hammers. The hammers swing following with the rotor at a high speed. And then the materials fed into a feed hopper are shred by the hammers. At last the materials are expelled out and sieved by the exhaust fan and screen.

3. The material is impacted by the hammers on the ends of the rotating cross and thereby is shredded and expelled through screens in the drum. with cyclone

structure :

Our hammer mill is a kind of crusher with the function to shred the material into fine particles. A hammer mill is essentially a steel drum containing a vertical or horizontal cross-shaped rotor on which pivoting hammers are mounted.The hammers are free to swing on the ends of the cross. The rotor is spun at a high speed inside the drum while material is fed into a feed hopper. The material is impacted by the hammers on the ends of the rotating cross and thereby is shredded and expelled through screens in the drum.

Final product and usage :

After crushing ,the diameter of wood sawdust can reach to 3-5 mm,

used for fodder factory, Swine farm, wood factory, and suitable for making wood briquette and wood pellet

2. Wood crusher

Raw material: raw wood, tree and other hard raw material with 50-200mm diameter

Advantage :

1.During the working process, the raw wood will be chipped, re-crushed and sieved;

2. Combines both chipping and crushing in one machine to get the wood sawdust directly.

3. No need to use other wood chippers.

Final product : after crushing ,the diameter of wood sawdust can reach to 3-5 mm, suitable for further drying and briquetting.
