A. Raw material can be :

Palm fruit, palm kernel, coconut, cashew, avocado, tiger nut, peanuts, rapeseeds, soybeans, castor oil plant, sesame seeds, benne seeds, sunflower seeds, cotton seeds, tea seeds, Tung seeds and etc.

B. Working process:

Crude oil---refining tank---add alkali---

1.soap stock--soap stock tank

2.Refined oil----decoloring tank-----add clay---filtering----discolored oil----deodorization tank-----add vapour

----filtering----refining oil product

C. Detailed process:

2.Pump refined oil into decoloring tank. When it is up to 90-110 C

after one hour's heating, add clay into tank for 20min's processing. Then separate clay and oil with f ilter.

3.Put discolored oil into deodorization tank with vacuum pump. Heat and process with

steam for odor removal. After filtering, you will get final oil.

D. Functions of main parts:

(1) Refining section: used to P-acid de-gumming, alkali refining de-acid and water rinsing.

(2) Decoloring section: used to remove off pigments, bleaching oils and grease dehydrate.

(3) Deodorizing section: to remove off the odor components in oil.

(4) Dewax: used to remove off the wax in the oil, in order to get the high quality oil.

(5) Heat-transfer oil stove: supply each device production needing heat energy, temperature reach above 280C.

(6) Steam generator: produce the needing steam for de-odoring and distillation.

(7) Vacuum pump: supply needing vacuum for dehydrate, de-color, deodor.Vacuum degree can reach above 755mm Hg.

(8) Press filter: filter clay, filter out clear oil.

(9) Air compressor: blow dry bleached clay, blow empty the leftover oil in the press filter.

It is used for variety kinds of crude oil, animal fats. mail process of degumming, dehydration, deacidification, decolorization, dewaxing and deodorization.

1. The decolour tank is for bleaching grease.

2. The deodorizing tank is for deodorizing grease (stainless steel).

3. The conducting oil furnace provides thermal energy need for production, the temperature reach to 280degree.

4. The vacuum pump provides vacuum for bleaching, deodorization which can reach 755mmHg or more;

5. The Air compressor can dry the bleached clay

6. The air press is for filter clay

7. The steam generator can generate steam distillation required.

E. The oil quality outcome standard:

1. Grade one for salad oil

2. Grade two for high quality cooking oil

3. Mixture and volatile≤0.25%.

4. Impurity≤0.2%.
