Technical features:

1) This autoclave is shaped in horizontal type, and the autoclave cover is pressed by the whole piece of 16 MnR steel plate. The weld of all pressure parts have been made the heat treatment and strict nondestructive testing according to related standards.

2) The autoclave door is quick open structure, with hand speed reducer to open and close. It can also be designed as power-operated, pneumatic and hydraulic on and off on the basis of customers' requirements.

3) Equipped with safety interlock protection device to avoid the wrong operation, and ensure the safety running of autoclave and safety production of operators.

4) Adopt imported rubber sealing ring which is produced by professional manufacturer for the autoclave door seal, high quality and long service life.

5) Equipped with safety valve, pressure gauge, temperature measuring element, intake and exhaust valve, sealing ball valve, steam trap and other necessary valves and instruments. Besides, there is also decontamination tank for user selection.
