1.Main Application of automatic candle making machine

ALS multi-functioncandle machinein change under the premise of mold can produce various specifications of small column wax, wax cups, water floating ball wax, tea wax, etc., packing automatically finish pressing forming send out products. Has the function of back pressure.

The ALS multi-function candle machine is suitable to produce all kinds of the tea candle, the floating candle, small column candle, cup candle and so on. In accordance of requirement of users, various kinds of Wax products can be made through pressing by changing different sizes of moulds and adjusting the length of two toggle arms (special attention: the length of two toggle arms should be the same).

2.More introduction of automatic candle making machine

Operation of candle machine is driven by a motor mounted in the frame. The motor drives shaftⅠ through texropes and the shaft Ⅰdrives spindle through a two-stage cylindrical gear reducer. Through the toggles on eccentric discs mounted on its both ends, the spindle drives punch seat to slide on 4 vertical cell guides to complete the pressing. Spindle drives a little vertical shaft to roll with a pair of bevel gears, and the little vertical shaft provides the pillar of mould disc a intermittent movement through a geneva mechanism to meet the time required for the pressing. Spindle drive thefeeding horizontal shaft to roll through a pair of sprockets. Horizontal shaft drives feeding vertical shaft to roll through a pair of bevel gears. Vertical shaft drives switch-plate to push the wax powder in the hopper into the cavity of mould disc to perform thepressing forming, then, push the products on the conveyer belt with a material tamping rod on the punch seat and carry it into a product box.

3.Motor operating instructions of automatic candle making machine

The candle machine adopts a 380v three-phase asynchronous motor. Switch is mounted on the starboard of the machine. Push the green button to start the motor and push the red button to stop it. A voltage regulator is mounted in the bottom left of the machine by which can control the heating temperature of the upper/lower punch and the saucer. (see electric principle in attached figure).
