4) Winding part: slip frequency axis to keep every roll in the same tension

5) Winding tension control: adopt magnetic powder clutch according to the outer diameter tension to make the tension controlling more precise and up and down rolling are controlled separately.

6) Waste handling: equipped with air blower and blowpipe.
