EFFICIENCY:Thermal efficiency in excess of 87 % with gas and oil and 76 % with coal can be achieved through out its range on gross calorific value of fuel.

VERSATILITY:The standard unit is designed for 10.54 Kgf/cm²(g) working pressure where as higher pressure can be arranged to suit individual requirements.

REALIBILITY: Ambica Boilers are manufactured in accordance with the standard laid down by International Standard (ISO) together with Indian boiler Regulation (IBR) with stringent quality control to ensure robust construction. Fluidtheh Boiler’s team has specially developed low metal temperatures and low fire side resistance design which reduce thermal stresses, noise and power requirements.

CONSTRUTION: Ambica Boilers are smoke tube, shell type package boilers with genuine three pass. Wet back design for optimum heat transfer and reducing radiation losses.

SPECIALS:

LOW EXCESS AIR : AMBICA BOILER oil fired boilers are provided with highly efficient pressure jet burners that can be tuned to very low excess air ratio ensuring maximum combustion efficiency and reduced stack losses.

ADDITIONAL SAFETY : AMBICA BOILER boilers are provided with over riding low water level controller to trip burner in case of very low water level in boilers. This is in addition to the normal high/ low water level controller for feed pump operation.

STACK TEMP CONTROLLER : AMBICA BOILER boilers are provided with stack temp controller to trip burner or give alarm in case of very low water level in boiler.

QUALITY : AMBICA BOILER boilers do not compromise on quality most reputed and field proven components are used as boiler accessories. The burner which are the heart of any steam generating plant are manufactured based on design from NEI Cochran meeting AOTC’s norms of unattended operation.

BURNER CONTROL :AMBICA BOILER boilers are fitted with highly reliable, electro-mechanically operated sequence controller unit with built-in flame surveillance system. Audio-visual controls provided on these boilers ensure safe operation. Sequential operation starting with puirge cycle, spark ignition, flame stabilization with lockout condition in the even of any abnormality are all timed to perfection. Hi / Low or modulating control on burner for the set pressure is provided. Post puirge cycle ensures less soot formation and less corrosion in the furnace. Auto manual mode of operation is available in case of emergency.

TRAINING : AMBICA BOILER are committed to total safety of the boiler plant. Effective training progremmes at specific intervals are organized at our Vatva works for special training of boiler operating staff. Such training programmer are conducted by our experienced field staff to penetrate to the boiler at site never ends without on the spot training of client’s operating staff.
