HEATEXCHANGERSWith the characteristics of compact structure, light weight and high heat transfer efficiency, the aluminum plate fin heat exchanger is widely used in various industries such as industrial gas separation plant, LNG plant, petrochemical, transportation and refrigeration plant etc. Smetal has rich experiences and strong capabilities in designing and manufacturing aluminum brazed plate fin heat exchangers, which is a production base of heat exchangers in China. It has the largest vacuum-brazing furnace in China.
The aluminum plate fin heat exchangers BCK3-800/6 and BCK2.1-900/6 produced by KFAS were awarded with the “National Excellent-product Silver Prize” in1985. Nowadays, our company has the ability to make brazed core with the maximum size of 1350×1350×7800mm in which 9 different fluids can be heat exchanged at the same time.
We can also design and manufacture tubular heat exchangers as per the customer’s requirements, such as tubular heat exchanger, finned tube, fin tube, coil wound and internal finned tube etc. The multi-stream high pressure coil wound heat exchanger (with the design pressure of 20Mpa above, overall size of d3000×22000, tonnage of 90t above) has been approved as new “Technical Renovation Project ” by China National Trade & Economic Committee, which can be widely used for large fertilizer plant, large air separation plant and LNG plant to substitute imported products with its advanced technology and reliable quality.

Design

High Pressure Coil-wound Heat Exchanger is made up from multi-layers tubes with certain spire angle concentrically,including heat exchanging tubes of various specifications,pad bars,center cylinder,tube-sheets and shells,and assembly by welding.

Our company paid great attention to the development of high pressure coil-wound heat exchanger and purchased the special software.Designers made stress analysis of limited elements with software and got feedback of the actural running date,through more than ten times running of high pressure coil-wound heat exchangers,the result was satisfaction.Now our design and manufacture technology level is advanced in the world.

We hold he design and manufacturing licenses for Class A1;A2 Pressure vesselss,ASME Certificate and"U"stamp,also has the Quality Guarantee System and GRADE I National Measurining Department.From the first set of HP coil-wound heat exchanger successful,we have strictly controlled for fabrcication procedure,technical preparation,personnel training and material contol,welding procedure,forming and assembly of bundles;assembly of heat exchanger as well.We have made special coil-wound machine and tooling models.
