♦Introduction of wood pellet machine

The wood pellet machine is equipped with overload protection device,outside discharging mechanism and motor load velocity device, safety is more assured. Full-automatic lubrication device is installed, ease of labor and better efficiency of lubricating. According to different feed variety, different type or tier conditioner is equipped.

♦Raw materials for pelletizing

All kinds of wood, wood waste or agro-forestry waste can be used, include:

1. Wood chips, sawdust, straw, pasture, chrysanthemum, wood waste, scobs, branch, palm tree, sugarcane residue, sawdust, medical slag, hay, discarded edible fungus bags.

2. Bean stalk, wheat stalk, corn stalk, cotton stalks, sunflower stalks, mustard stalk, rice stalks, coffee husk, cotton shell, peanut shell, rice shell, coconut shell.

3. Livestock and poultry's waste, tea waste, forestry wastes, wood chips and many other organic waste resources.

♦Working principle

The wood pellet making machine is easy to operate. We'll install and test machine well before delivery, once user connect it with electric power, and the raw materials are delivered into the pellet machine through conveyors and then conveyed into a rotating ring die by a feeder. Finely pulverized material will be pressed into ring die through two rotating press rollers. The resulting pressure compresses the material and extrudes it through the holes in the die. Finally the product pellet is done and out .
