F Grain Grinding and shaping machine is developed based on New Zealand BAMAC Crusher, now it has been widely used in the fields of non-metallic ores, refractory, artificial sand, glass, ceramics, cement, and especially for abrasives. With characteristics of little abrasion, high efficiency and it gives the product with high bulk density and is not capable to be replaced by other crushers.

Working Principle

The series of machine is made of crushing, dust pelletizing and electronic control system, motor drive vertical axis via vee belt, results in high-speed revolution of flying disc, and a material shoots out under action of centrifugal force for size reduction in grinding chamber.

Feature

(1)The finished product is in good particle shape without needle-like and flaky, micron crak grain and grain hardness is improved.

(2) High bulk density and good surface clearness.

(3) High purity, and follow-up acid and alkali treatment can be simplified or omitted.(4) Little wear and low noise, stable operation and long service life of wearing parts.
(5)It is featured by low production cost, power consumption and few wearing parts, compared with ball mill, roller crushing mill and Raymond mill.
(6) The series of functional machines, among them, one can be specially used for grind sand, powder, reshaping particle shape, changing particle size distribution and the other serves several purposes, the application of infinitely variable speeds and classification technology result in flexible adjustment and wide applicability.
