The brief introduction of ring die cattle/cow/sheep

/goat feed pellet machine

1 It is widely used for pelletizing all kinds of biomass particles, such as

wood sawdust, straw, rice husk and coffee husk etc.

2 The main drive adopts the high accuracy gear driving, so the output

is 20% morethan the belt drive.

3 It uses the imported high quality bearings, oil seal to make sure the

high-efficiency, stable performance and low noisy of the whole machine.

4 The feeder uses variable-frequency and variable-speed motor to

make sure the good quality of the pellet.

5 Advanced world standard compensatory S-shaped coupling

with the structure of novel, compact, safe, low-noisy and low fault.

6 Feeder, conditioner and chute are made of stainless steel with long

service life.

7 It is with magnet and over load protection system, which can protect

machine well during production

8 We have different bore diameter of the ring dies for your choice. And

the feeder is with a variable speed controlled to meet different outputs

Pellet machine features

How to work?

The pellet mill is easy to operate, we will install the machine and test

machine well before delivery, once user connect it with electric power,

and the raw material is delivered into the Pellet Machine through a

conveyor and then conveyed into a rotating ring die by a feeder.

Finely pulverized material will be pressed into ring die through two

rotating press rollers. The resulting pressure compresses the material

and extrudes it through the holes in the die. The pellet will be out directly.

Raw material required

The material can be corn, maize, wheat bran, bone powder, fish powder,

with nutrition material,and vitamin etc.

The animal feed manure can be used as raw material for fertilizer pellet.
