Introduction of the machine:

If you want to produce the wood pellet for your home use pellet stove or industrial boiler, you have found it. Our machine can produce the high density and heating value wood pellets for you.

Our machine is roller driven. The rollers spin on the die and the die is stationary. The raw materials are pushed through the holes of the die. The quality of roller and die plays an important role in the pellet making and the working life of the machine. Our roller and die are all through surface heat treatment. Such treatment can improve the hardness, strength and toughness to ensure the quality of the final pellets.

Raw materials:

Raw materials are mainly wood logs, wood branches, chippes, wood residues, sawdust, corn stalk, wheat bran and the list goes on. For N200, 250 and 300 the soft raw materials are better.

Size of the raw materials should be less than 5mm and moisture needs to be less than 20%.

Above the N350, the machine has a cooling system. It can reduce the temperature of the forming room and lubricate the rollers and dies.
