The electro permanent Lifting magnet major characteristic :

Electro permanent lifting magnets, a kind of hi-tech products of strength to handle plates, sheets, coils, billets, forgings and bloom of any weight and size with simplicity.They have put together advantages of both types: electromagnet and permanent magnet. Magnet coil is supplied with current only at the moment of connection and disconnection of electromagnet. It is not necessary to supply coil with current permanently in order to hold load.

Low Power pick up and Full Power lifting

pick up cycle is executed first with 75% of the total possible magnetization strength, only once the load is lifted from the ground the second MAG cycle is executed allowing 100% of the total magnetization power (Full MAG), this provides a definite minimum safety margin to the load that can be handed in complete safety.

The user is obligated to press 2 buttons at the same time ( Lock and DEMAG ) to release the load. this reduces the chance of an accidental load release.
