DRLF Return Line Filter Series

INTRODUCTION:

DRLF SeriesReturn Line filter(Industrial Filter) is installed in the return line, it can remove all the contaminants from hydraulic system and keep the oil back to the tank clean.

The element of this series filter is made of glass fiber, it has many advantages of high filtration accuracy, huge oil fluxion, low initial pressure loss, large dirt-holding capacity. There is a by-pass valve and a contaminants indicator in the filter.

The indicator will give signals when the pressure drops across the filter element attains0.35MPa.This means that the element should be cleaned or changed in time. If the system can not be stopped to replace the filter element, the by-pass valve will open automatically to protect the hydraulic system safety.

This series oil filter is widely used in the hydraulic and lubrication system of heavy duty machine, mining machine, metallurgical machine and so on.

Testing Center

Our filtration technology testing center covers a total area of 450 square meters, of which, clean room area of 200 square meters, and cleanliness is up to 100,000 levels. The centre undertakes filtration technology inspection and testing for in-house science research, production and industry service.

On-line particle counter of BETAB-HIAC/POYCO type (8000A/8000S) provided by HIAC/POYCO company in USA, and its supporting machine"Multi-pass test" and "single-pass test" implements ISO16889 new standard and other international standards perfectly.

The testing centre can take 7 tests of hydraulic filter performance evaluation, they are as follows:

ISO 2941 Verification of collapse/burst resistance

ISO 2942 Verification of fabrication integrity and determination of the first bubble point

ISO 2943 Verification of material compatibility with fluids

ISO 3723 Method for end load testing

ISO 3724 Verification of flow fatigue characteristics

ISO 3968 Evaluation of pressure drop versus flow characteristics

ISO 16889 Multi-Pass method for evaluating filtration performance
