H Frame Hydraulic hot forming machine/press

Features:

A. Frame structure and outstanding rigidity. Its main function is to press SMC sheets (commonly referred to glassfibre reinforced plastic) in the metal mould. This serie of machines has reached international advanced standard.

B. Adopt cartridge valve integrated system characterised by little impact, reliable action and long service life as well as little leakage; enjoy automatic lubrication system of guide rail. (Such technology is introduced from Taiwan.)

C. Mechanical-electrical-hydraulic integration safety device. For example: lower chamber support for the oil cylinder, with the interlock circuit of upper and lower chambers, all offering perfect safety. (We introduced advanced Taiwan hydraulic technology.)

D.Two technics,namely,pressure setting and stroke(travel) setting are available. It is functioned by pressure maintaining and adjustable time delay.

E. Working pressure and stroke can be easily adjusted within a certain range according to technical needs.

F. Adopt PLC computer touch screen integrated control. There are 3 operation manners,adjust,manual and semi-automatic.

Aapplications:

Applied in technics,like metal stretching,punching and cutting,bending,flanging and moulding of SMC sheet.

A. Compression moulding of SMC sheet (glass fibre reinforced plastic)

B. Auto industry: steel ring, vehicle body,chasis, axle housing, oil tank,door,etc.

C.Home electric appliance industry: components of air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, electric cooker and so on.

D. Kitchen ware industry: stainless steel tableware, gas cylinder, stainless steel sink,cooking bench,etc.
