1. Our Standard Glass-lined Reactor:
92 Standard Modified K-type/Open-type/Two-piece-type Glass-lined Reactor: 50L, 300L, 500L, 1000L, 1500 L, 2000L, 3000 L, 5000 L, 6300 L.
92 Standard Modified F-type/Close-type/One-piece-type Glass-lined Reactor: 3000 L, 5000 L, 6300 L, 8000 L, 10000 L, 12500 L, 16000 L, 20000 L, 25000 L, 30000 L, 50000 L.
2. Glass-lined Equipments:
Glass-lined equipment is made by coating high silicon content enamel on the surface of metal body and then firing them at high temperature (about 900°C) in order to achieve a high adhesive strength of the enamel on the steel base body. Due to this unique structure, the equipment has dual advantages of both chemical stability similar to inert glass and high strength as metal.
3.Applications of chemical glass lined reactor :
Substituting stainless steel, non-ferrous metal equipments, glass-lined equipments are widely used in distillation, concentration, and reactions such as synthesis, polymerization, saponification, chlorination and nitrification etc, which are commonly used in the industries such as chemistry, pharmaceutical, dyestuff, pesticide, organic synthesis, petroleum, food, defense as well as scientific research.
4.General Featuresof chemical glass lined reactor:
- Volumn: 50L - 50000L
- Design pressure: 0.1MPa - 0.6MPa
- Design temperature: 0°C- 200°C
- Thickness of glass liner: 0.2mm – 2mm
- Corrosion resistance: very high corrosion resistance against inorganic acid, organic acid, organic solvent with different concentration and weak base, but not applicable to alkali, hydrofluoric acid, fluoride bearing medium and phosphoric acid with concentration above 30% at temperature over 180°C.
- Impact resistance: 220×10-3J to mechanical impact. Please avoid shocking by hard object during operation.
- Insulation performance: The enamel surface has been strictly tested at 20KV.
- Thermal shock resistance: Resistance to sudden cooling is 110°C, to sudden heating 120°C.
- Type differed by operation: Vertical or horizontal
