Producing Process of Gold Mining Equipment:

Raw Gold Ore Stage of Gold Mining Equipment :

Get the gold ore from the strip mine or the underground mine

Feeding and Crushing Stage of Gold Mining Equipment:

Feed the raw gold ore into the crushers. Because the gold ore is in stone shape, it has be crushed twice by raw gold ore crsher and fine gold ore crusher.The gold ore crusher can crush the size around 220mm and the final output of the gold ore should be under the size of 25mm.

Grinding and Classifing Stage of Gold Mining Equipment :

After the gold ore crushing stage, the ore size should be under 25mm. Then the gold ore will be feeded into the ball mill, where the 25mm gold ore will be grinded into the size of 0.3-0.074mm. If some size is large. Then the classifier will classify out the large size gold ore and regrind it in the ball mill. Finally the gold ore slurry will come out of the ball mill.

Mixing and Flotation Stage of Gold Mining Equipment:

After the grinding , a lot of slurry come out of the ball mill. In order to prevent the soild gold ore in the slurry from sinking under the water, the mixer is needed. Thus the slurry can evenly and constantly be feeded into the flotation.During the flotation process. Gold ore will form a layer of bubble and the concentrate gold ore will be scrubbed out by the flotation.

Concentrate and Drying of Gold Mining Equipment

Come to the gold ore concentrate pond, the final product will have 20-30% of water in it. so it is not convinent for our use. Look at the gold ore below. then we will know. we should dry it.
