Description

1.This bottle washing machine is double-ended run intermittently, compact PLC programmable control technology, combined with touch-screen interface, easy operation, highly automation.

2. Main drive frequency control gear or cylinder drive, smooth start-up, intermittent operation, transmission parts wear, long life.

3. Excellent structure design, water saving and recycling, high cleanliness and less damages to bottles

4. Linear rinsing method allow longer rinsing time

5. Bottle washing machine is 4mins drying time after rinsing, 120-150°C hot air is blow into bottles for rapid drying.

6. Fit multiple bottle shapes, manual bottle load onto machine and auto unload from the machine.

7. Anti water drop structure design is applied at the end part of machine.

8. Protection devices are installed and it will auto stop the machine in case of problems happen.

Conveyor continuous running protection and anti bottle jam protection devices are used.

9. Upper body parts are made from tempered glass for monitoring the whole washing and drying process.
