QCK80 Glass ampoule Vertical Ultrasonic Washing Machine

Main usage and suitable ranges:

The machine mostly use for washing of 1-20ml Model B ampoule bottle with neck-flexing,5-25ml oral liquid bottle and 2-20ml antibiotic and other glass bottle with small capability.

The line can finish following procedures automatically: from bottle-inputting, ultrasonic rough washing, extract washing to bottle inside/outside to bottle-outputting,adopting linking way of ultrasonic washing and hydrosphere alternating pressure spouting washing.

The line can be combined with sterilizing & drying machine and filling machine and used singly.

Working principle of Model QCK washing machine

The bottles are put in pouring installation automatically via net belt to inject circulating water. With one minute ultrasonic washing, worm step bottles up to sliding position which send bottles to machine hands. Hands nip bottles to turn 180⁰entering following flushing process in headstand state: high-pressure circulating water flushing to bottle outside, spewing pin insert in bottle inner to get circulating water flushing, circulating water flushing twice, compressed air flushing, injection water flushing, compressed air flushing twice and third to reduce rudimental water inside bottle in maximum. At last, compressed air blowing to bottle outside. Hands turn bottles back to step mouth up, bottle-outputting belt send bottles to oven or bottle-outputting tray, finish the whole washing process.
