1,Application

V typle Mixer

Featuring unique structure, high mixing efficiency and without dead angle, the mixing barrel is made of stainless steel with polished internal and external walls. And this machine has beautiful appearance, uniform mixing and wide application.

It is applied to the mixing of neutral and dry powder materials in industries of pharmaceutics, chemicals and foodstuff.

2,Characteristics

It is easy-operated and evenly mixed. The feeding is convenient for load and discharge with turn cap and turn valve. The cylinder is an asymmetric one, made with stainless steel, fine-polished, no dead angle and easy for clean. It is equipped with time relay, which can be used to setmixingtimes upon request.

3,Work Principle

The mixer cylinder is an asymmetric V-Shape. On the top there is a quick open turn cap for feeding. And there is a turn valve on the bottom for discharge.

Feeding on the top, then turn the quick open handle. Set the mixing time on time relay, then “start”, the mixing cylinder will rotating by axes. The materials are evenly mixed in the V cylinder, and will stop mixing upon time due. Press “Start”/”On” and “Stop”/”Off”, so that the discharge valve will face downwards for discharge.

4,Instructions

1, Put the machine on the flat ground, power on and make the electrical part reliably grounded.

2, Dry run the machine for ten minutes before normal use.

3, Add lubricating grease into bearing pedestal every three months.

4, Add 32# engine oil into worm reducer till central oil leveler before use. Change every six months.

5, Frequently check the set bolts in drive boxes on both ends; also check the tension of delta belt.
