Installation and training:

Seller provide the technical informations for install the device, and send two engineers guidance deviceinstallation and debugging and training the buyer’s main operating personnel. Return air tickets, board,lodging and transport on site are

at buyer’s charge. If necessary, will be charged at the cost of 100.00USD/day/person.

Warranty:

1.Warranty within 12(twelve) months or 2000 hours form the installation of the device.

2.The scope of the warranty period free:

a. defective parts

b. labor costs

c. Return air tickets, board, lodging and transport on site.

d. About the replacement parts for free during the warranry period

If buyer does not follow therequirements of the BLD Machinery within 30 days to return damagedold parts

were identified, thesupplier will charge the cost of replace mentparts.

3.Not the scope of the warranty issues:

a. Wearable parts and tools.

b. damaged parts for the following reasons:

Improper use of the machine or use the machine by unauthorized persons;

Lack of maintenance;

Use of non-original parts;

Did not use the machine in accordance with the requirements of the specification;

Machine ordinary care and maintenance or the maintenance of the labor costs;All customs fees;
