Our silos are made of hot dip galvanized steel sheets with 275g/m2 galvanized coating.
All silos are of high efficiency and good quality. The life span could reach 20 to 50 years.
Hopper bottomed silos are automatic-flow unloaded with quality cleaning system.
They are widely used for storage of seeds, flour, feed, cement and chemistry, which need to be cleaned continually.
With solid basic structure the conical- bottom has very strong strength .
There are three kind of angles ,45 degree,55 degree and 60 degree, among which the 60 degree conical-bottom
is usually used to store larger pellet and powdered materials of high viscosity.
It is famous for the automatic-flow unloading way, because it can save resources and costs.
Silo Roof:
The ventilation system in silo roof includes natural vents and suction fans.
They are designed to achieve the air exchange function, so that the temperature inside silos could be kept in a proper degree.
The roof angle have 25 degree and 30 degree.
Dedust Fan Collecting the air.
Dedust system, be used for collecting the dusty produced by intake pit and pre-cleaner, protect the environment
ORDER:
Polluted air from intake pit and precleaner→dedust net→cyclone→pulse dedust→dedust Fan→cleaned air.
Temperature monitoring system
The extension, 1 set per silo, the extension give the signal by wireless, the black part can produce power by solar,
the technical is mature and experienced.the monitoring cable has three cores, the sensor is impoeted from US.
VentilationSystem,
It including blower, ventilation net pipe, and vents on the silo roof. Air→ blower → ventilation pipe → grain in silo→ vents and suction fan → outside
When the ventilation fan blow air into silo, the air goes into ventilation net pipe, through the grain, then the temperature of grain is decreased.
Dryer and specification
We can supplly batch type dryer, it means we need several grs to decrease the moisture, different from circulating dryer,
it can keep grain's quality while circulating dryer's high temperature will damage the grain.
As you can see from the specification, according to the loading capacity, we can choose dryer model from the 4 model.
Hopper bottom ventilation:
The ventilation system in silo hopper bottom include blowers and ventilation net pipes.
There're many ventilation net pipes around the silo bottom in a circle.The blower could drive air into the silos through those pipes.
It could keep a proper temperature for grains inside the silo.
