Shoe is put into the machine’s specified area reversed , vacuum becomes active and pulls the rubber balloons. Then the operator pushes the two start buttons. Machine’s press cabin is closed on the shoe and firstly press the 1. balloon (fixes the sole with the shoe for preventing slipping while pressing). In the second step 2. balloon becomes active and processes the main pressing operation until the pressing time is over. When the time is over machine releases the shoe and makes discharging on balloons.

G852 has a PLC controller with touchpad screen operator panel. With this controller mechanical,electrical errors or security warnings are shown on the operator panel and if these errors or warnings are critical, PLC controller stops the machine and not allow the operator to start the machine.

By the program saving function on G852, 10 different programs can be saved to the memory for different types of soles with different parameters that pressure value, vacuum time, 1. press time, 2. press time and discharge time. While operating the process if the next sole’s type is different from the previous, the operator just selects the new program from menu and all settings are changed for the new type of sole.

Automatic running mode is the main and important difference from the rivals on the market. In this mode, the operator puts the shoe to the pressing area and after he/she unhands the machine’s press cabin is closed automatically and starts the process with the following steps. In this way the operator has just the mission for giving&taking the shoe to the machine for pressing.
