Front feed mechanism adopts Mulit-axis linkage, grouping control stepwise transfr mode,can make the feeding distance be longest ,and effcetively reduce the frictional resistance in the board delivery, reduce the rubbwe rollwe pressure requirements of the board during operation,and thus reduce damage to the cardboard compressive strength.
Feeding unit
1. Apply Servo control synchronous movement, and electronic cam segmentation technique to compete the no-clearance connection transmission between front feeder roller and axle, ensure the long-term accuracy of the feeding.
2. Using the characteristics of servo control system such as high-speed response, synchronous execution and independent drive, can respectively connect and (or) transfer work alone, can automatically according to the product specification accurately tracking, so each group of feeding wheel reach the transport distance.
3. Can effectively reduce resistance of cardboard and workplate, at the same time of guarantee transport accuracy(0.6mm), can be appropriately reduce pressure on the rubber roller to cardboard, avoid cardboard strength from damage.
4. Automatic controlled and feeder rubber roller through the encoder accurately tracking, data correction both on the action button and man-machine interface. The electric controlled paper holder make the displacement adjustment conveniently, can correct the parameter according to the cardboard condition at any time
5. High pressure discharge device and contacting negative pressure suction dust removing device, with a unique designed wide-angle tuyere to effectively remove the cardboard impurities and dust, improve the printing quality .
Printing unit
1. Using virtual axisdual-servo synchronous processing(error<0.02mm), to independently control printing plate roller, ink roller, press roller and synchronous transport table. Adopts high precision planetary reducer with direct connected structure of printing plate roller and transmission roller,
2. Fast order update mechanism has circumferential direction micro-correction function, Intelligent accelerated double-point controlled printing plate roller positive inversion, make the register of print faster and more accurate.
3. All axle roller adopts quenching and tempering treatmented high quality alloy steel, be Chromeplated and grinded , and respectively be corrected by rough and fine dynamic balancing equipment, to make the machine operation more smoothly, printing precision higher.
4. entire process roller vacuum suctioned cardboard transmission can do the full frame printing.
5.Ink lifting anilox roller will automatically track the feeding position, to guarantee the quality of each print, and protect the printing plate.
6. Each color unit has5.7 -inch color touch screen, can adjust theprinting position to 0.01mm. By encoder, inverter to adjust the axial position of the ink roller,embossing roller, pressure roller and printing plate rollerwith aaccuracy value of0.02 mm.
7.Use USA ARO double diaphragm pump to supply ink, together with automatically in-and outlet reversing device of the ink pump that designed by our companyindependently, can achieve fully enclosed ink supply and back,to prevent ink volatile, reduce hue error.
8.Each unit has a independent servosynchronous drive, toeliminate accumulative overprint error. The intelligent automaticalregistering system of printing plate roller make the reset precision after the circumferential shift of plate close to0mm.

Stacker unit
1.Receiving arm can be set to automatic or manual operation.
2.Receiving arm transmission belts can individually adjust the tightness, and free to chosen the number of receiving arm.

4.Lifting transmit motor of machine table with brake function,to maintain a fixed position, not decline.
5. By a predetermined height the air pressurereceiving armwill automatically extended, lift up the cardboard.
