Full Automatic PET bottle unscrambler

This machine is suitable for unscrambling disorder polyester bottles, make them order and in one line, then discharge them by vacuum conveyor to the filling machine. It has the features: PLC program controlling; Digit shous speed; Automatic.

Main Feature:

• PLC program controlling, digit shows speed.
• Main motor reducer apply torquelimitor device to avoid machine damage when fault happens.
• Apply three times of bottle pushing and lifting sorting device, improve bottle outlet efficiency.
• High speed operation, easy to combine with all kinds of filler or filling production line.
• The main motor speed reducer applies torque limit mechanism to avoid harming the machine when trouble happens.
• Bottle handling air conveyor prevents bottles from dropping down when in transportation.
• Equpped with damaged bottles remove device.
• Equipped with bottle block inspector, it will automatic stop and alarm when bottle blcoked.
• Equipped with no bottle inspector, used to send signal to the elevator toreplenishbottles.
• The photo-electric switch on the air conveyor used to control on-off of the bottle unscrambler.
