2.Machine Features:

Rotary encoder precisely measures diameter changes of spool cotton with accurate meter counting and speed control.

Spindle rotary speed is up to 12000 r.p.m / min and winding speed is up to 1200m/min.

Accurate mechanical drive and degree of closing micro adjustment facility to achieve uniformity and beautiful look of finished spool cotton.

Grooved drum guiding apparatus with excellent abrasion resistance performance is adopted.

Electronic thread break detection switch for each thread tube.

Heating and Finishing Device is adopted.

Finishing Speed is controlled accurately to precisely control finish ratio.

Electromagnetic tension device ensures good formation from inside to outside.

Circulating finishing apparatus with large amount of finish flow can flush away impurities to improve thread quality.
