Steps for baking Baguettes

Step 1,Put raw materials (such as eggs,ingredients) into planetary mixer, add some water, mixing uniformity.

Step 2,Put dry flour and enough water into spiral mixer to stir them; then put the raw materials, mixing uniformity until smooth dough.

Step 3,Put the dough on dough sheeter and fold back and forth.
