1.Low Energy Consumption

We use variable hydraulic system with low loss and constant power in this series of products and apply merging hydraulic system in the main parts of the machine and the crane ,so that energy consumption decreases by 30%,and working efficiency increases by 60%.

2.High Efficiency

To ensure the high working efficiency of the whole machine ,we use hydraulic system with big power and great flow,the pile driving mechanism with muti-speed control and being quick in getting ready for operation .We also use the hydrauic system where oil flow can merge to comsuption for each other between the main machine and crane .

3.High Reliablity

To ensure the high reliability of our products which engineering machines should possess,we improve the design and use very reliable materials or componts which we select carefully in the process of purchasing.

One good example is that we use inverted cylinder as a suppporting leg which has become a patent in our company so as to avoid the easy breakage of cylinder clamping mechanism with muti-touching points to achieve even clamping force to protect round pile from damage so that embracing type pile driver will be able to take place of top-pressing type ones .

4.Convenience in dismantling,transportation and maintenance

Compared with the pile drivers made by other companies ,ours are more convenient to taken apart and shipped as the connection and lay out of the long boat and the short boat are different .

It can be opened at the middle so that the lifting arm of the crane can pass through it during transportation .Besides,the side pilling mechanism can be taken off so as to reduce the leghth of machine to be shipped and greatly reduce the weight of separated units in transportation .

5.Systemization and maximization of our products

Our company has developed 14 models of pile drivers with the capacity of 60 tons to take to 1200 tons and each model is classified into 4 kinds according to its function with the maximum tonnage of 1200.

6.Flexibility in designing

For example ,we can ,if any customer requires ,installa a position –controller for the crane ,and a digital screen showing the tonnage of pilling force ,etc.

Side pile structure:

Move the piling structure to the stand behind the machine body the machine body if the side or corner pile should be handled ,press pile with the use of bolts and axle pins to fix in the range of 1.38M from side .at the same time dispose the corner side and the minimum distance of corner pile is not more than 2.8M.
